What Are Kinetic Bands?
Kinetic bands or K bands were developed by Coach McQueen of Myosource Inc. These resistance basically attach to the thighs with straps and changeable resistance bands. Placing these bands on your legs adds resistance for exercises that requires running, jumping, side shuffling and quick movements. The resistance bands can also be adapted for upper body exercises but I think they are more practical for the lower body. Coach McQueen has taken this simple idea and developed a program for the lower body, core muscles and cardiovascular system that can enhance athletic skills for all sports.
